How long does it take?
The sample homepage takes a few days. The full site usually follows within a couple of weeks, depending on how quickly we get your photos and details.
Do you work with businesses anywhere?
Yes. Everything happens online: the questionnaire, the sample, reviews and launch. It doesn't matter where your business is or what kind of business it is.
Can you match a style or brand I already have?
Yes. Send your logo, colors, or links to sites you like, and we design around them. If you're not sure what you want, we'll suggest a few directions.
Do I have to write the content?
No. The questionnaire asks the right questions, and we write the page copy from your answers, your reviews and your listing. You review it before anything goes live.
What if I don't like the sample?
Tell us what's off and we'll take another pass, or walk away. There's no charge either way.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. Your domain stays in your name, and once the site is paid for, it's yours, files and all.
Can I make changes later?
Yes. Send us what you want changed and we update it. The site is plain, standard files, so you can also hand it to any other web developer.
I already have a website. Will I go offline when we switch?
No. Your old site stays up until the new one is ready and approved, and your email keeps working throughout.
